Meet the Owner and Groomer

Hi all! My name is Lisa and I look forward to meeting and taking care of your pup(s)! After years in the corporate world, I made a career change to pursue my passion. I attended the Dog Grooming School of Pa and became a certified Professional Groomer and have been mobile grooming ever since. 

One of my favorite things about grooming is gaining trust and seeing dogs become more comfortable. I enjoy learning their personalities, quirks, what they like/don’t like. I love getting to know a pup overtime to be able to best work with their temperament and make their grooming experience as enjoyable as possible.

When I’m not grooming away, I enjoy spending time with my Fiancé, Ryan, baby boy, Wesley(who we welcomed in 2024) and of course my two sweet pups, Luna and Henry. I love hiking, fishing and puzzles!

The Wiggle behind the Wagon

Wiggle Wagon is named after my soul dog, Buck. He was a rescue I adopted in college and had the wiggliest of butts that ever lived. His wiggle is what actually got him adopted, the second I laid eyes on him wiggling away in the shelter cage, I knew he was coming home with me. 

Nobody or nothing could get him down and he gave so much love to everyone he met. Wiggle Wagon is a constant reminder to myself and everyone to live life a little more like Buck did.

Recurring Client Discount: Receive 10% off your last appointment of the year when you schedule your pup(s) for the whole year(must be on 8 week or less recurring schedule)


Wiggle while you are Away

Not home, on a work call, or just don’t feel like people today….No problem! Leave us a key, garage code or convenient way to access your pup. The pup will be groomed, walked for a little tinkle opportunity, and put back safely in the house.


Policies

  1. Health and Safety is our top priority at Wiggle Wagon

Vaccinations: All pets are required to be up to date on rabies vaccinations(or have a vaccine waiver).

Medical/Behavioral Conditions: Owner's must disclose any medical or behavioral conditions to the groomer before services.

Flea infestations: Pets with active infestations will be immediately returned to owner to prevent contamination of the mobile unit.

Senior and special needs pets: The groomer will take extra precautions for senior or special needs pets, potentially modifying styles to minimize stress.

Safety: If the groomer at anytime feels that the dog or themselves is unsafe, they will immediately end the groom.

Sanitization: All grooming areas, tools, and equipment are disinfected after each appointment

2. Appointments

Appointment Times: All appointments have a one-hour arrival window. Traffic, weather and various issues could cause a delay, the client will be updated by the groomer if the arrival is expected to be outside of the one-hour window.

Cancellation Policy: Client’s must cancel appointments 24 hours before the appointment time. If the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, the client will be charged 50% of the services.

No-show Policy: If the groomer arrives at the appointment and nobody is there, the groomer will contact the client via phone call and text. The groomer will wait 15 minutes before leaving the appointment. Clients will be charged 75% of the service. If a client has 2 No-shows, services will no longer be provided by Wiggle Wagon. Don’t forget our Wiggle While you are Away Service!

Rescheduling Appointments: In rare instances, the groomer may have to reschedule the appointment. This may be due to weather or the groomer not feeling well/safe enough to groom. The appointment will be rescheduled ASAP, and there will be set aside days for these occasional rescheduling needs.

3. Payments and Card on File

Forms of Payment: We accept cash, check, credit/debit card, Venmo, and Zelle

Invoice Payment Option: If a customer chooses to pay through the invoice link, payment must be made by midnight on the day of service. If there is a card on file, Wiggle Wagon will charge the card at EOD with a 20% gratuity. If no card is on file and payment is not received in the same day, Wiggle Wagon will remind you of payment. If we are unable to obtain payment from you, all future appointments and services will be cancelled. You will also cause us to have to change this policy and require all customers to have a card on file, please don’t be that guy/girl!

Credit Card Processor: We utilize Square for all card transactions, and card data held on file. This is a secure payment processor and your data will be safely and privately stored.

4. Puppy Grooms

Our goal is to make your puppy as comfortable as possible and build their confidence and trust with the grooming process. We will slowly introduce them to the grooming process, and take the groom at their speed, as every puppy is different. To ensure your puppy acclimates comfortably to grooming, full haircuts may not be possible on their first appointments.

5. Pet Photos

When booking with Wiggle Wagon, you are giving consent for us to post your pet picture(s) to our Social Media, Website, and other marketing platforms.
